Medicare for All would save $450B a year.

Every dollar spent on food stamps generates $1.50-$1.80 in economic activity.

Each dollar going to low-wage workers adds $1.20 to the economy overall.

It’s not about what this country can or can’t afford.

It’s about priorities.

Make this go viral so every member of the House of Representatives sees it.

Release the files!
The truth will have its day.

That day is now.

Release all the Epstein files.

MTG said and did a lot of despicable things to launch her MAGA political career. But this...sounds like a genuine apology? Never thought I'd see it. Time will tell, but she has for many months now been speaking out on the Gaza genocide and the affordability crisis. Welcome to sane politics?
BASH: We have seen these attacks from the president at other people. It's not new. And I haven't heard you speak out about it until it was directed at you.

MARJORIE TAYLOR GREENE: I think that's fair criticism. And I would like to say, humbly, I'm sorry for taking part in the toxic politics.

The party of Schumer and Jeffries is spineless.
Eight centrist Democratic senators just voted to reopen the government in exchange for a promise of a Senate vote on ACA subsidies.
That’s not a deal—it’s surrender.
They’ve given up real leverage
for a handshake agreement that might never happen./🧵

I'm an NBA fan, but I don't care about this dumb drinking receptacle competition with garish courts that blind the eyes. The NBA blunts the early season excitement and narratives with this meaningless "tournament" that everyone forgets as soon as its over.

Walmart, McDonalds and Amazon are the largest employers of people who require SNAP assistance.

The CEOs earned between 18-40 million last year, 1000x their median employee income.

They took billions in profits, while their workers relied on SNAP to survive.

Wanna fix fraud and abuse?

Fix that.

The 400 richest Americans are now worth a record $6.6 trillion.

The entire bottom 50% of America is worth just $4.2 trillion.

Read that back.

When 400 people control more wealth than half a country’s population, we have a very serious problem.

Thanks to the courageous survivors of Epstein's abuse, justice is coming to Andrew.

If you abused children alongside Epstein, you will face justice. That is what Rep. Thomas Massie & I are fighting for.

We will not rest.

This is a good lesson for any of us considering running for something. The odds may seem impossible at first. But AOC and now Zohran have shown that hard work in campaigns do change everything that conventional wisdom would have us believe.
Nothing is inevitable. Effort is everything. Ignore the polls and run through the tape.

FOX: Pritzker has asked you specifically to pause immigration enforcement operations in Chicago so kids can safety celebrate Halloween. Do you have any plans to alter activity tomorrow?

NOEM: No. We're gonna be out on the streets in full force and increase our activities to make sure kids are safe.

Meanwhile, raising taxes on the wealthy, well, by golly, that’s class warfare.

The ROI on biking infrastructure is clear. USA cities pay attention.
IMPORTANT: The Dutch invest €595 million annually on urban biking, resulting in €19 BILLION saved in public health care costs alone. That’s how smart governments do the math on investing in better mobility.

Let’s be clear— it wastes public money to NOT do it.

The depth of the shame of a country this wealthy and abundant allowing its people to go hungry is impossible to measure. The fact that a handful of people could fix this by paying their fair share of taxes while still remaining obscenely wealthy makes it even worse.
