SPOILERS FOR A MOVIE BASED ON A MUSICAL THAT IS VERY OLD: All right I just got out of Wicked: For Good and I gotta say having the two female leads proclaim their love for each other while one of them shoves the other in A CLOSET and then dies, might be the worst bury your gays moment in moviedom.
I mean, I liked WICKED: FOR GOOD well enough, but at the same time, the promise of revolution in the amazing “Defying Gravity” is smothered. It’s a political tragedy. Instead of socialist democracy, toothless liberalism.

Everything in episode 4 of Welcome to Derry was great, but especially the final bit about the Children of Maturin and the cage they built for It (aka the Galloo).
