*My opinions are strictly my own*
Captain Dare is probably the most challenging Halo model I've painted, but we got her looking good. This completes my first competitively-oriented team now that ODSTs are out! Next up are the three sword elites

50 ICE agents swarming a public library to arrest one person.

This isn’t policing — it’s authoritarian spectacle.
Armed intimidation, fear as policy, and taxpayer money burned to terrorize communities.

This is fascism in plain sight. #TrumpWatch #Resist

Still up. Glad I posted here and not YouTube. This is what Bari Weiss and CBS tried to hide from us.
BREAKING: WATCH the full 60 Minutes CECOT segment here. This was sent to me anonymously. It appears to be the segment CBS' Bari Weiss killed. www.muellershewrote.com/p/watch-the-...

Big fan of the not-so-subtle political subtext of Hazbin Hotel 2. Also a big fan of how much our ever-popular evil ally is being set up for a future villain arc. Love how realistic Angel's reaction to the season was, and what it means for Season 3. And goddam does Vox have DRIP in this season.

This saga is incredible because the student didn't actually cite the Bible, didn't respond any of hte questions, and admitted she hadn't read the article before writing about it

The actor Michael Sheen used all his money to start a fake debt collecting business, buy 900 people in Wales's debt, and excused it. If Musk bought ALL $194 billion in medical debt in the U.S. and excused it in the same way, he'd still be the world's riches man by hundreds of billions of dollars.

Seanan is a great author and the students in the Lorwyn story are wonderfully dynamic, but I'm disappointed at the fact that it's not a Lorwyn story. Only Maralen has an internal conflict, and there are too many characters to properly develop most of them. #mtg (1/3)

SNAP benefits should be universal, with zero means testing, and generous.

Even from a purely capitalist perspective this would benefit the economy massively.

The only reason to be against this is because you're pro-suffering.

It was important to me that Darth Traya felt like she was breaking/bending the rules of SWU in a simple iconic way. The first design was "Each friendly resource gains Plot" but, uh, that proved to be an overpowered nightmare. Now she readies front-side leaders, which no other unit can do #FFGStaff

Techbros seem to love Tolkien, so here's an analogy to help you understand what genAI is.

GenAI is The One Ring. You think your use is justified, b/c you don't have evil in your heart.

But it came from evil, it is intended for evil purpose, & anything you do with it will be twisted to that end.

We wanted Jabba to be a destructive reward for your units being damaged (like SOR-Krennic but different), but balancing the front was really hard. Our solution was to make his unit side really strong so the whole package stayed effective even if the front side had to be more of a plan B #FFGStaff

An earlier version of Plot worked very differently, a mixture of MtG Suspend & Netrunner Agendas. That design had a bunch of traps you could spring immediately after your opponent attacked your base. That mechanic didn't make the cut, but we wanted to save one such trap because it was fun #FFGStaff

One of Ryan's design visions for leaders in this set (and in general) is that some should force your opponent to change their behavior. I think this is a fantastic design heuristic as it ensures there's a healthy dose of uncertainty and interactivity, which keeps games super replayable #FFGStaff

I'm a big believer in designing towards strong emotions—and not all emotions are positive. An emotion I wanted to hit with this card was the despair of being condemned. This is technically less powerful than defeat, since you can escape, but it feels so much more hopeless in the meantime #FFGStaff

So there is already an ai-generated whitewashing campaign to bury the name of the Muslim man, Ahmed al Ahmed, who disarmed one of the Bondi Beach shooters, and replace his identity with a white guy name and that’s why even a thimble of our potable water powering this tech is too fucking much.

Brutal but effective public health messaging from New York Public Health.

The CDC is compromised. They’re no longer a reliable source of information.

They push anti-vaxx & anti-science grift.

Get your vaccines. Wear a respirator. Clean the air

We went through several rounds of iterations on Dryden, but the vision was always "show off his expensive stuff." This naturally pushes him towards ramp, so we wanted him to be more early-game oriented to avoid homogenization. Ambush was the most exciting design, thanks to ECL's popularity #FFGStaff

•Shiloh Hendrix called a Black child the n-word & raised $800K
•Now Crystal Wilsey called a Black customer the n-word & has already raised $100K in 1 day

On thing remains clear—White supremacy remains extremely profitable in America
