"They were obviously not trained at all. I've known many police officers in my life. These people were right off the streets."

The testing ground for Bovino’s Operation At Large was Los Angeles. A California judge initially prohibited ICE/CBP’s most flagrant constitutional violations. SCOTUS overruled her 6–3, handing Bovino a blank check to inflict unspeakable brutality on Chicago and Minneapolis. The 6 bear so much blame.
BREAKING Greg Bovino has been removed as Border Patrol "commander at large" and will return to El Centro Calif, where he is expected to retire soon. A stunning turnaround after Pretti killing. Bovino's traveling blue city crackdown is over www.theatlantic.com/politics/202...

In the early 1930s the SA was roughing people up, creating chaos in neighborhoods, seeking to terrorize with the occasional killing. By the late 1930s it had been supplanted by the SS, which was much better trained.
Also, may I say that I don’t agree with people saying ICE and CBP need “more training.” They’re doing exactly what this administration has trained them to—impose a reign of fear in blue cities. They don’t need more training. They need to be ripped up root and branch.

BASH: Why was an unarmed man shot multiple times by your Border Patrol agents?

BOVINO: Dana, you don't know he was unarmed. I don't know he was unarmed. That's freeze frame adjudication. That's why we have an investigation.

BASH: It's not a freeze frame

"I am legal! I am legal!" he cries over and over in Spanish.

I'm just a simple country lawyer who has done some civil rights cases, but IMHO nine known deaths when *following* the manufacturer's instructions is more than enough to show the product is inherently unsafe, and everyone involved in its manufacture, distribution, and use is guilty of manslaughter.

Prosecutors Flee DOJ After Being Told To Investigate The Murdered Woman, Not The Murderer
Last week, we wrote about how ICE agent Jonathan Ross murdered Renee Nicole Good, a 37-year-old poet and mother, on a Minneapolis street in broad daylight. We wrote about how the Trump administration immediately began lying about it despite multiple video angles showing exactly what happened. We wrote about how the media called documented murder a "dispute." This week, we're writing about how career Justice Department prosecutors—people who've spent their careers putting away fraudsters, drug dealers, and actual criminals—looked at how the administration is handling this case and said: we want no part of this.
