I once watched a video where Courtney Miller (nonbinary but usually femme presenting cast member of Smosh) was talking about their "quick makeup routine" before a day of doing video for a youtube channel. Listing the *products* she used took ten minutes. I doubt Ian Hecox has a similar video.
will also add - yes, this is my personal crusade - that turning podcasts into videos implicitly asks women to once again make more effort than men, as the bar for "camera-ready" for one gender is obviously higher than for the other
