We as a society need to figure out how to use QR codes vs hyperlinks. We've got to stop making people retype long-ass URLs now that we have the technology, AND we've got to stop texting people QR codes or posting them on social media. A QR code on your phone screen is useless!

So, correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like if at least like 80% or so of the people who ranked Hampton or Davis first were on the "don't rank Frey" wagon, Fateh will win. If not, Frey will. So it all comes down to that.

People keep using the word "civil" to describe Kirk. Civility means being good to your fellow people! I don't think it's civil to call for public executions and spread anti-semitic and racist theories! I don't think it matters what tone you say those things in!

Unions are what made American manufacturing jobs good. If you want to create better jobs that don't require degrees, the solution is unions, not tariffs. But they know that. The goal isn't to help workers– it's the opposite. It's to destabilize, consolidate power, and wrest control from workers.

This is true and it's why a rights-based framework is so limited. What does it actually mean that "health care is a human right" if people don't have it? Let's stop thinking in terms of rights and start thinking about how to get people the things they need and deserve.

A minor point but I wish more people understood that "it's not a Nazi salute, it's a Roman salute" is like saying "it's not a Nazi symbol, it's a swastika."

He's describing what is probably the most classic form of sleep paralysis – waking up with the feeling of something sitting or pressing on your chest. This is very common knowledge. Even if you believe demons are real, look for a natural explanation before you jump to a supernatural one.
