Dan’s Kyoto Lemonade - a recreation of the Japanese drink… a little less sweet.
In a teapot, brew 1 liter of green tea.
In a 2L pitcher combine the tea with
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup liquid honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
Stir until dissolved. Cool and serve over ice!
