Dale Johnson of the BBC reports that the #CanPL is set to trial Arsène Wenger’s new “daylight” offside rule. It was presented to the IFAB at its annual business meeting on Tuesday, and will now go forward to the annual general meeting on February 28. If approved, the trial will begin this season.
