Lawmakers have defended the bill as simply purging Medicaid of illegal immigrants and ensuring that those who can work are not relying on Medicaid in order to avoid doing so. It’s a wildly inaccurate portrayal of what these reforms will actually do.

More than a hundred libraries on federally recognized tribal lands across the country were notified by the Trump administration that their congressionally appropriated grant had been terminated midcycle.

Those communities are at risk of losing their local libraries and the history they hold. 📚

Wow!

Each $1 spent on Universal Pre-Kindergarten generates between $3-$20 dollars in aggregate earnings.

That's enough to offset the costs of Universal Pre-Kindergarten through higher tax revenues.

Musk initially promised $2 TRILLION in annual spending cuts.

He's on track to deliver $5 billion. And that's being generous.

Started at 10%, ended at 10%.

Trump’s “deal” means nothing. All his tariffs have done is caused supply chain disruption and sowed distrust in our relations with allies… and now the 10% tariff remains in place, still costing Americans.
REPORTER: The 10% baseline tariff remaining in place. Is that a template for these future deals?

TRUMP: No. That's a low number. They made a good deal. Some will be much higher because they have massive trade surpluses
