The headlight assemblies for our 2014 SUV are $1,500.00 each, just for the parts. Installed we are probably looking at close to $4,000.00. Absolutely crazy prices.

Yes. They look away through lack of oversight and enforcement. Alberta requires pre approval of farmland sales. Sask does “random” audits after fact.

In 2013 SP friends were selling thousands of acres of farmland to the CPPIB. Now @saskndp.bsky.social are reporting the SP Gov't is allowing foreign farmland purchases. Wall government looked the other way in 2013 until the @pcpartysk.bsky.social called them out. Are they looking away once again?

I feel like I’ve been shouting into the void. It’s a real issue. Axing the tax has not made life more affordable in any way. It’s just stripped more money from those who need it.

The notion of red tape is a dog whistle term for someone not liking regulations. The reality of the trade, sale and consumption of goods is that it is dependent on sound regulatory policy and enforcement. #skpoli

The inability of the @saskparty.bsky.social to manage the crisis in healthcare is now putting an 8-year-old in a potentially life-threatening position.

I am releasing this in hopes that the Ministry of Health and @premierscottmoe.bsky.social reach out to this family immediately with solutions.

5% electoral threshold to win a seat. Ranked ballots as part of PR (STV) I’m fine with. Rank ballots alone really change very little, imho.

I couldn’t agree more. Many of our industries discharge heat as a byproduct of their industrial processes that could be used for greenhouse food production and more.
My grocery shopping habits these days require the buying of Canadian products. While supply is increasing there is a ways to go

The current minister of the environment is now also president of an association to increase trade with certain states. I doubt Scott Moe gives a f🤬ck about spending a dime for environmentally sustainable fresh vegetables. Climate Change is a punchline to them. www.sasktoday.ca/provincial-n...

Dear political scientists teaching American politics this semester: How do you address the separation of powers, rule of law, norms, and the role of Congress (power of the purse and oversight over the executive branch)? Or do you just teach it as history?

Two big questions:

1. How long until they completely “Devine” the province

2. Where is the money actually going

The province had predicted a $12M surplus this year. Now, it looks like a $349M sinkhole.
Saskatchewan’s books have taken a financial hit, with a projected $12-million surplus now forecasted to become a $349-million deficit.

One woman I talked to here, almost a year for "non urgent" MRI. Unless you want to pay for it yourself. Which is what they are trying to get people to do now.
$2K for mine, I asked.
