If there is even a glimmer of truth about the toxicity within the Conservative Party, MPs need to ask how they can effectively work for their constituents. Maybe bringing the reform party and progressive conservatives together is an abject failure

Enjoy the victory, and do NOT relent or become complacent. The January 6th insurrection was a trial run, the current regime needs to be toppled and stopped from ever attempting this nightmare again. Because, a third bite will be the end of democracy in America.

Opinion piece from March, but seems like a good time to pull it out again with Hoekstra acting like an ignorant PoS instead of a diplomat.

As long as U.S. policy is one of annexation and domination, Hoekstra deserves to be treated as a hostile guest—not an ambassador worthy of distinction or trust.

As Poilievre’s lies and divisive rhetoric ramp up I hope people will take the time to write their MP and let them know they cannot regain moderates support under his leadership. He’s more despicable than ever

More from the same interview.
Here he talks about the violent and dangerous “authoritarian left”.

This guy can never be PM.

This is him speaking candidly in a friendly room. This is the real Poilievre.

Interesting that these two are always screaming for the Feds to stay in their own lane but think it’s acceptable for them to bulldoze over the indigenous and BC. Hypocrites

There is no Saskatchewan potash or uranium or O&G, it is Canada's potash, uranium and O&G.
There is no Alberta O&G, it is Canadian O&G.
And exactly what pipeline are they talking about?
There is no private $ support for a new pipeline.

Let’s never forget that Question Period in the HoC has gone from asking intelligent pressing questions to the government to just trying to provide sound bites and bloodsport for memes and clips.

This is a social media phenomenon that cheapens the value of QP and democracy overall.

Why Canada Needs the Gripen Now!
Canada buying Gripens is not only the smart thing to do, it will actually benefit the Nordic 5 and NATO.
No dedicated infrastructure needed, like large airports etc. Airports are the one of 1st targets in conflicts.
Strength is in diversity not homogeneity.

I am incredibly disappointed that such a hateful human being was given this type of acknowledgement within our House of Commons. Our representatives need to do better
Canadian Parliament (both Conservatives and Liberals) giving Charlie Kirk a standing ovation, in the People’s House”, is the ultimate insult that Canadians did not need this year.

You're the first CBC source that popped up. Poilievre lost the election. He's leader of the opposition. It doesn't really matter what he blethers on about. Why is he the first four articles on the CBC website?
