As I see more meetings popping up in SK to promote separatism, residents that don’t support this must be vigilant and reach out to their MLA. We cannot go down the same road as AB with a premier that panders to that movement

Just once I would like Premier Moe to act in the best interests of all Sk residents. Quit pandering to separatists and show the world that we are a stable environment for investment

As we watched multiple premiers including Scott Moe make a big deal of signing agreements to work on interprovincial trade agreements yet we still see nothing. The federal govt held up their end and now we are left with ego driven provinces wanting to maintain power

Well worth listening to and understanding the barriers to internal trade and what we need to expect from our premiers

Pay attention Canada.
This is how Poilievre will govern, on ALL issues.
Look at how well that kind of authoritarian government is working for the US.

FRIESEN: What if, after those consultations, the answer is still no?

POILIEVRE: The answer is given by the Prime Minister.

F: If the Indigenous leaders say no?

P: I will thank them for their input. At the end of the day, the Prime Minister has to decide... Nobody has a veto.

I have voted conservative many times in my life but not since Harper. Canadians need to be aware of the damage this shift in ideology within the party presents
The Conservative "Multiverse" Attack on Canada
At a time when global instability is rising, you would think that it would be patently obvious that Canada’s longstanding tradition of international engagement matters more than ever.

As a country, we need to recognize the need to form economic alliances with countries that may not align with our values in order to move forward. We can still promote our Canadian values but acknowledge the need for economic diversification away from the US
PM Carney quotes Nelson Mandela: "He said, 'We know that our destiny lies in our own hands, yet we also know that we cannot bring about our renaissance solely by our own efforts, since the problems we face are rooted in conditions beyond the power of any one nation to determine'"

If there is even a glimmer of truth about the toxicity within the Conservative Party, MPs need to ask how they can effectively work for their constituents. Maybe bringing the reform party and progressive conservatives together is an abject failure

Enjoy the victory, and do NOT relent or become complacent. The January 6th insurrection was a trial run, the current regime needs to be toppled and stopped from ever attempting this nightmare again. Because, a third bite will be the end of democracy in America.

Opinion piece from March, but seems like a good time to pull it out again with Hoekstra acting like an ignorant PoS instead of a diplomat.

As long as U.S. policy is one of annexation and domination, Hoekstra deserves to be treated as a hostile guest—not an ambassador worthy of distinction or trust.
