I think Jerry is just being Jerry here but Eddie Bauer makes fleece lined khakis AND they are going out of business and closing all of their retail stores so if you can get to a physical Eddie Bauer store BUY THESE PANTS

I have worn a pair every day since the weather got frigid they rule.
they should invent hard pants on the outside that are soft pants on the inside

ICE is terrorizing our country. This type of lawlessness must end.

As Attorney General, I will prosecute any ICE or federal agent that breaks the law and commits a crime. The Constitution doesn’t disappear because someone is wearing a badge.

Fun Fact: The historical Black press once had correspondents abroad, dating back to the early-mid 20th century.
Fun fact: in 2003 the midsized regional papers (think the Chicago Tribune, Dallas Morning News) also had overseas bureaus with permanent staff abroad
Good example of what an institution the size of WaPo can do that is very difficult to replace. Local, worker-owned publications & nonprofits do excellent accountability work but I don’t imagine any could set up an ME bureau, with staff across the region, logistics, legal and security support, etc
