Very much inclined to agree with Livingstone here. Thatcher started this, and still nobody in power or near it will admit that fact.
Why can't people today realise that the legacy from Thatcher is still in effect today. What angers me most is that Labour seem hell bent on using it as a template to run Britain, And more particularly Scotland into the ground.

China is the biggest importer of U.S. soybeans, importing $12.6 Billion last year. Because of Trump’s tariffs there are ZERO contracts with China right now. Instead they are buying from Brazil, who are setting export records. Most farmers voted for Trump, but those who didn’t will be hurt too. #FAFO
