Green Party values support this view. We are all accountable for our actions, and as such, we should all face the legal consequences of those actions.
Rather than debate whether Prince Andrew loses his title, I’d prefer him taken to a police station, interviewed under caution and - if the investigating officers believe they have sufficient evidence - charged and prosecuted. If a jury later finds him guilty like any citizen he should then be jailed
