Hi! I'm a latina, doing a MSCA-COFUND postdoc in Luxembourg. I research about #privacy, socio-technical requirements, #compliance, and #cybersec. Given that I also studied political science, I talk a lot about EU & Chilean #politics. I'm a #coffee lover & interact in #eng #sp #fr #introduction

Les Miserable (full version). It is well known already - I've said it a few times- and it even shapes my political views at 15

for me? the *extremely* ahistorical novel, THE AGONY AND THE ECSTASY which I read at 13 and was like, "Oh, art can be *everything* to a maker, for good and bad"

I am not a lawyer, just a historian, but one fundamental problem with the political debate about the EU, especially in English publications is that the whole principle of the acquis communnitaire is not understood or taken seriously. The EU is a framework of rules, not an alliance.

I spend a considerable amount of time creating bib entries for laws, IGO reports, policies and other documents. Can we please standardise the use of bib for citations? And create a category like "@law" or similar?!?! I tired of using "@misc"

Norway tested two different types of electric buses this summer -one from a Dutch and one from a Chinese manufacturer- to assess cybersecurity risks.

The tests revealed that the Chinese bus could be controlled and turned off remotely, while the European one could not.
