The Steam Machine will live or die on its pricing, I think, but it's hard not to be bullish. SteamOS is fantastic and the Steam Deck has been my most-used gaming machine since it came out nearly four years ago

Emojis have been allowed in filename characters since emojis existed in Unicode (2010).
Technically, even 30-year old operating systems support this e.g. on 32-bit Windows since 1993 and on Mac OS since 1998; both file systems (NTFS and HFS Plus) support almost any Unicode character.
