I've implemented "memory capture" for my procedural game about exploring and connecting clues. It's like taking photos of eligible objects, with automatic framing. It reduces the need for (manual) memorization.
For now, it's just the last memory; later a menu with all the photos. #GameDev #IndieDev

I went to meet the 'Rockstar 31', the developers who were suddenly fired from their work on GTA 6 for what the studio has described as gross misconduct.

I went to meet the 'Rockstar 31', the developers who were suddenly fired from their work on GTA 6 for what the studio has described as gross misconduct.
That's not what the workers call it though. They have another couple of words they prefer to use: union busting.

If you are going to mention the HHS Report, you have to contextualize it properly for the reader: that it was anonymous, not peer reviewed (not normal practice), widely criticized, etc. Readers don't know the quality of research unless you say!

Unfortunately it only took a few hours for the QLD LNP to (with no evidence or consultation) reinstate a ban on life saving treatment for kids.
(Literally hours after a judge had just ruled that doing so was illegal on multiple grounds).

So, this games week was different for me in a lot of ways.
It was the first time I'd travelled alone in a long time, but also it came at a time when I'm recovering from things that had made me very introverted.
