Perhaps the least threatening threat Trump has ever uttered. Interesting that he's decided in advance that future bloodshed in Ukraine might not be Russia's fault, thus removing the need for the US to do anything. In the real world, of course, all the bloodshed in Ukraine is Russia's fault.
