I made my own refried beans for the very first time today. It took a pretty long time since I was starting with dry beans, so I went with the Hedberg approach. It's true, you do only need to fry them just the one time. And they're really good!

Do you use Microsoft and/or Libre Office? Would you be up for opening a Google spreadsheet I made just to make sure it's compatible, for when I start giving it to people who take my workshop? I don't know how well these things talk to each other.

AI's doing everything the wrong way. Robots should be automating blue-collar jobs, not the cushy office jobs. We need to be doing all we can to replace the labor workers, then pay them all enough to relax and enjoy the life they've absolutely earned.
