Employers will no longer need to provide info about unions or ensure that workers are employed on the same terms with any collective agreement. Make no mistake, this is a deliberate attempt to undermine unions and prevent workers from securing good pay and conditions.

Shane Jones' a boorish troll but this looks to me like diversion politics because I'd bet that NZ First are the ones behind the tobacco/vaping corruption revelations reported in The Strait Times this week.

Shane Jones wants subsidies for *overseas* oil companies like Tamarind, which *NZ* taxpayers had to pay $400m to clean up after they went bankrupt. Jones etc overturned the *NZ* Supreme Court decision blocking *Australian* mining company TTR. Yet he attacks migrants for not being pro-NZ enough.

Quick questions for any manager/director in any NZ firm/government:
- are you paying for ads on facebook/instagram?;
- have you exposed your customers/constituents/employees etc to fraud, hate speech or other forms of abuse?; and,
Have you complied with your health & safety obligations as a PCBU?
NEW: I've obtained internal Meta docs revealing an array of sample posts that are now allowed under new hate speech rules. Examples include calling children "trannies," “Jews are flat out greedier than Christians," and “immigrants are grubby, filthy pieces of shit”
