The higher the carbon emissions from electricity generation in 2024, the higher the prices and vice versa.

Listened to the first 90 seconds. Newsom praises Kirk for his political success & notes his 13-year-old-son was eager to to meet Kirk. Kirk is a racist who tried to steal the 2020 election from the American people. Yet Newsom gives him a platform and hails him. This legitimization is a mistake.
i listened to a little of this to get a sense of what he thought he was doing. just extremely grim stuff. a politician asking propagandist who is actively trying to destroy his party for advice and then letting kirk run circles around him. zero challenges, just deference and admitting he's clueless
