I wear a lot of hats: software developer, entrepreneur, weird fiction publisher, writer, non-profit founder, election worker, local handyman, open-source creator, and Macross & X-Men fan.

I'm pleased to share that "Experimental Files" is now out on Amazon.

I had a good time working with Sarah Walker and Elizabeth Mitchell putting this together, and for being generous enough to include a longer weird tale of mine that tries to blend Lynchian themes, VR, and Victorian stereographs.

Horrifying, cruel, evil.
This is a truly horrifying memo. It says that the policy of the US government will now be to proactively seek out and arrest likely tens of thousands of refugees who entered legally under Biden and subject them to detention, where they will be interrogated about their status.

Big Jellyfin dilemma...

As a Macross fan, I'm saving the various series to my server so that I have them, even when Harmony Gold wishes otherwise. I have OG Super-Dimension Fortress Macross, 7, Zero, etc.

Q: I have Robotech DVDs. Should I add them too?

I'm wondering if you could do this all under the aegis of the Defense Production Act. Is there a rule that says a dog can't play basketball, so-to-speak?
The next president should just immediately seize Trump's assets to the dollar value of all of these corrupt emoluments on the grounds that because emoluments are unconstitutional, the money was never Trump's in the first place.

Let him try to get them back in the civil asset forfeiture process.
Wow the exact same amount he was suing the IRS for. He just took it. Not only impeachable but [Redacted] as well.

Just want to give a shout out to Clicks, whose customer service has been great after I broke the top portion of my 2024 razr plus case.

A free fix is on its way.
Clicks for Moto Razr: A keyboard you'll flip for.
Clicks makes Razr even more powerful by combining the largest and smartest external display on a flip with the benefits of real buttons. With Clicks, you don’t have to flip open your phone.

And while i'm talking about Channel Zero, i don't think anything since has even come close to touching the creature design work that all four seasons of that show produced, often specifically because they worked with distinctive artists and just let them do their thing.

I'm probably about 50 years too late for this Unix CLI UX complaint, but I'll make it anyways.

cron -r

Should not be so close to the keyboard as

cron -e

Yup. I nuked my crontab. (Fortunately, I'm able to quickly reconstruct it from the logs!)
