It is difficult a lot of the time to explain how my existance is.
For most folks, they operate like the pneumatic tools in a shop. As they're used the air pressure starts to drop, the compressor kicks in, they can operate at a lower rate and recharge while working, dandy. After a rest they're fine.

Think I had a dream or something about a mech/pilot pair. Big synth mech is Extremely Regulated, but also has information filtering issues and can infodump with the best of them about their interests. Pilot is there to be able to prioritize and override programming, but also care for their mecha.
