I got in a fight with grandma last night. She's very upset that I have a solid plan to leave at a moment's notice. She said I should stay and fight for this country. This is someone I briefly dated in college 20 years ago. I was a socdem then, and when I found out that he voted for Trump the first time I cut him out of my life immediately. I'm a full blown leftist now. I was POLITE, he has no idea the rage I have inside me

Why am I just now finding out about concierge doctors? I'm paying $700 a month through work for me and my partner's health insurance with BCBS, with a very high deductible. We can go to a concierge doctor and get unlimited visits for a $100 each (or less) a month. Health insurance is a fucking scam!

Arianna Sofia Veraza and her parents were driving to Sam's Club for milk, eggs and diapers yesterday when they heard helicopters and horns blaring yesterday. They had turned around to leave when a federal agent pepper-sprayed them through a car window.

Now that I know more details, I want to share that my partner was pulled over for the center light. Both end lights were working. My shop guy is replacing the bulb tomorrow and said that it's absolutely ridiculous and if you have two working brake lights, they are not supposed to pull you over
My partner @prisoner311.bsky.social was pulled over supposedly for a brake light being out, and then was cuffed and searched, as well as our vehicle. And then they let him go without any explanation or citation. Do we have any recourse at all? I thought cops had to have consent to search a vehicle

A cool thing about the Dems being absolutely useless institution-fuckers is that if they did gain control again, they'll look at the mutilated, broken remnants of the FDA and NSF and such as sacred and reject out of hand any suggestion they need to be changed.
