“Congress” didn’t pass this murder budget.

Republicans did it.

Republicans did it without a single Democratic vote in the House, without a single Democratic vote in the Senate.

Be precise and give, uh, credit where credit is due

There’s just so much: the victory of a new political talent, the loss of an old tyrant, the possibilities of alliance & positive strategizing, the hope for a more just future, the cracking of the last generation’s stranglehold on power. Also the joy and force of Tish James! Listen to her voice!
James: His critics said that he should wait his turn. His critics said that he did not have the experience. His critics said they did not have the right name. Well, now all of them know his god damn name.

Pretty important lesson: Being asked to care for your neighbors (and getting to build hope and power with them) is a million times more energizing than being told that you are weak and feeble and need to be protected by a strongman.

BREAKING: Texas Republicans just passed a major book banning bill.

They say it’s about protecting kids from “filth.”

But when I questioned the bill author, he admitted that it could ban classics like Romeo and Juliet, Catcher in the Rye, and Lonesome Dove.

If Uber tells you to do something politically, pretty safe to say you should do the exact opposite
I'm already seeing my normie friends posting on their instagram stories that they need to call their reps to oppose the transit bill. They heard about it from the push notification that Uber sent out today

I can see situations where the DSCC chair properly threatens Dems out of line with the Dem base.

Promoting crypto is not one of those issues. It's something a handful of donors want; the base considers it a scam and the "crypto policy" more gifts for billionaires.

Gillibrand should be removed.
👀 This is beyond repulsive.

@kirstengillibrand.bsky.social’s chief of staff is reportedly intimidating staffers of other Sen. Dems over her support of Trump Republicans shady crypto bill (GENIUS Act) by waving her chairmanship of DSCC.

Buck ultimately stops w Schumer who keeps enabling Gillibrand.

Authoritarianism 101 from Trump.
There is a clear path to fight this.
It lies in COLLECTIVE ACTION.
HARVARD: keep up the fight.

Breaking News: The Trump administration halted Harvard’s ability to enroll international students, a major escalation in its battle with the school.
