It’s good. Nothing crazy (other than the stickiness)- that’s the problem when you get into concentrates; weed has to be superhuman to knock you out. Tasted good tho
This is the craziest weed I’ve dealt with in a while. Sticking to everything- hard to roll, but I’ve no bong currently. Super high THC percentage so I’m hopeful…we used to call this “jar-weed” cuz it would rip a baggie. Going up on the roof now. I’ll let ya’s know

You guys, it’s come to my attention that I did a “you’re” when I meant “your”. I’d say “respect my privacy at this time” or “I’m gonna go walk into the ocean” but I don’t even feel it. Just sorta dead inside

in '66 the Pigpen lead songs are almost fully formed- when the boys don't have to concentrate on singing they can lock in on the tune

in May of '66 Bobby had more enthusiasm than talent but he was closing that gap really fast. these guys did not mind learning in public

When I was in high school my weed dealer had an emergency and left me sitting there next to a QP- he came back and I was like “wut?”

I don’t take a lot of video at shows but we saw McCartney tonight and he played the bass line to Being For The Benefit of Mr. Kite while singing and did it flawlessly so here’s some of that

Makes people feel considered. Doesn’t have to be super fancy but a few cool options other than Diet Cokes are nice. I’m a strong ginger beer fella, myself
I do not drink because I have almost no tolerance for it anymore (one margarita is too much).

If you are hosting a party, I recommend also stocking:
-fancy ginger beer
-coconut water
-premium juices like lychee and guava
-apple cider with cinnamon
-Italian sodas
-sparkling water

Lots of options!

listened to this this morning and realized it was 10 minutes from where i lived in Los Angeles, and no lie, there's some funky ju-ju going on in that part of town- if i remember from @bourgwick.bsky.social book there was an acid trade going on around Fairfax and Canter's Deli?

Buying art (which includes writing, music etc) is core praxis and stealing from artists who make a living from their art is class betrayal and should be ostracized as such. Steal that Nuzzi woman's book, if you can make yourself read it, but stealing from other struggling working people is pathetic.
I did a thread a few weeks ago of "authors link your stuff" & one of my author friends who is one emergency away from being homeless had a massive spike in downloads on Anna's Archive from people *who follow me* complaining about how they are poor & should be allowed to steal from other poor people

Short work week coming. Long weekend. Family. Travel. Stress. It can be great, and it can also be a lot. If it’s hitting harder than normal, talk to someone. Reach out to a friend, step outside for a minute, or call/text 988. People want you here. Take the space you need, but stay with us.

Maris was kind enough to recommend me books (here) and she had to dig deep (cuz I read a lot, especially women) but when she got there the recs were incredible. Curation is indeed what you need help with these days.

I told Althea I’m a roving son
And I was born to be a bachelor
Althea told me, ok, that’s fine
So now I’m trying to catch her
Woke last night to the sound of thunder
How far off I sat and wondered
Started humming a song from 1962
Ain't it funny how the night moves
When you just don't seem to have as much to lose
Strange how the night moves
With autumn closing in
