been listening to 10000 Maniac's Wishing Chair for 40 years and every tune has such a deep lyrical brilliance it never grows old. Other songwriters wish they wrote 1 tune as good as anything on this album. Too bad they didn't maintain the trajectory instead of starting to take themselves seriously

Fell like Sarah Vaughan was the most technically advanced of the 'Jazz Vocal Stylists', but because it feels less “raw” or “confessional" she gets discounted. She sang from the inside the music. She could take a throwaway tune and reveal harmonic depth no one else even heard.

12/28 was best show of run. Each night had a great jam / moments, but none as consistent top to bottom. The gag set ranks high for me, in a world that demands everything justify itself morally, politically, or just because, they chose to say nothing and just build a maze of callbacks A+ work
