Author of 19 horror & dark fantasy novels. My latest, THE PLACE WHERE THEY BURIED YOUR HEART, is about a girl who dares her little brother to go into an abandoned house & the house eats her brother (no, really). I've never won an award nor been a NYT bestseller but my dad thinks my books are good.

The Place Where They Buried Your Heart by @christinahenry.bsky.social It’s a really scary book. Creepy in all the right ways. I could not put it down. I wanted to know more, to feel more. Haunted house stories have been done before, but never like this. An instant recommendation if you enjoy horror.

This book isn't about an ordinary haunted house, it's about a house that chews and grinds the meat of everyone who dares to enter especially children.
I loved this tale of cosmic horror @christinahenry.bsky.social wrote a terrifying great novel.

My book is out today! THE PLACE WHERE THEY BURIED YOUR HEART is about trauma and families and love, and, oh yeah, also about the abandoned house on the block that crouches like a malevolent spider, waiting to eat some kids. I hope you love reading it as much as I loved writing it.

Ok, friends. It’s August 6th. Taking bets on the date of the first pumpkin spice-whatever sighting of the season. I was at Jewel this morning and saw a shelf of Halloween stuff, so it can’t be long now. I’m saying August 15th.
