A lot of hot takes on here about "the rule of international law" etc seem to miss the very important fact that Trump is simply an absolutely massive knobhead. I think that's the real takeaway (again!)

I mean it's like a steampunk wizard of Oz, crossed with Klara and the sun, crossed with Emmanuel, crossed with Frankenstein, crossed with fuck knows what. Recommended.
Just watched my NYE film (after a delicious tea). Poor Things. One of the strangest but best films I've seen in a good while.
