My latest focuses on three fatality accidents by Guardian Flight in a ~4 year period. There are striking similarities in all three - especially the ones in NV and HI. But mostly, this is about how the FAA participates in NTSB investigations. /1 colleenmondor.substack.com/p/40-guardia...

Irish man has a work permit, US business, American wife, almost finished Green card application, and has paid a bond to be released. ICE, implausibly, claims he agreed to be deported.

This is going to be a long night.

Also, may Ricky Martin visit all of our dreams tonight. 😊

What Roc Nation has done for the Super Bowl halftime show can not be overstated. Instead of bands on a stage, (which is fine), they put on a SHOW.

If you think this wasn't staged for the camera then I can't help you.

If your tug breaks, then you borrow the one from the folks next door. Or you use the forklift. Or you use a tow bar and a pickup truck.

You don't do this for anything other than photo.

I’m still in shock that Jeff Bezos, the man who is everything he is today because of selling books, would abandon readers like this.

I grieve for The Washington Post and everything that has been stripped from it.

I've been reading a SF/romance series from Nalini Singh for years. It's over 20 books now & the world-building (futuristic but recognizable Earth) is stunning. Recurring characters, big thrilling plots + sexy romance. There's a reason why she has me for each book; Singh's a damn good writer.
