I also asked about our lack of a 9. To paraphrase: Cat and Jaedyn can fill in in that role, but the 9 talent is on the U23 roster, and she wants them to play more minutes at that level before being called up. It does sound like she understands we need depth there, but we need more time.

![Trinity and I have been speaking every week to see the progress of her situation.
She was fortunate to get a few minutes the other day [in Spirit-Thorns], but she's still working her way back. And the reality is, we felt together that with an important camp, and with big game minutes required, she's not in a position to do that.
I think Trin, more than anyone, wants to be playing with the national team. So we hope that can happen again in the new year. But it's just come too soon, to be honest, and her well-being and welfare are of importance to me.
I think when it comes to the upcoming weekend, you'll have to ask Washington what their plans are for her. I asked Emma Hayes about calling up Jameese Joseph. To paraphrase: Jameese does some things similar to Michelle Cooper, who is not in this camp. She is a quiet soul, but has earned her callup with her work in the U23 camp. She really wants to see her in the senior environment.
