Landlords say they can’t afford a rent freeze, but have $2.5M to give to Cuomo. Reminds me of corporations that spend millions to bust unions instead of just raising wages and offering benefits. Doing the right thing is always cheaper than the cost to block it.

The most impressive thing about this campaign is how *creative* they are. They’re trying new stuff! Multiple times during the last few months I’ve thought “wow, I’ve never seen a campaign do that.” Much more of that needed everywhere.
