The total deprofessionalization of US government culture in less than a year has been a sight to behold. Everything is in the hands of a pack of ambulatory scrotal cancers.

Also, the book should be titled "Franklin's RPG-7 Backblast Blows Him to Certain Death and Downs the Chopper He Flew In On."
Anyone who treats violence perpetrated by the state as a joke should be nowhere near decisions regarding the use of force.

When a far right pundit on a CNN panel with me ‘joked’ about my beeper going off live on air & then got banned by CNN, Megyn Kelly had him on her show & they both laughed about it.

Yet here is Kelly getting super offended when someone else makes the beeper threat against her. Oh, the hypocrisy.

This piece is brilliant, and nails why I use games like this to relax every night. Playing something where effort turns into reward reliably is unbelievably calming in a world where each day brings fresh hell. Give me tasks.
Have you heard the good news about tasks

So,
1) The Kirk tweet I was criticizing was about Mamdani, not me. But sure, we Muslims look all the same, right?
2) He spells my name wrong.
3) Kirk's murder was bad, that doesn't make his Islamophobia good.
4) Does the VP really have nothing to do all day except... quote-tweet at people like me?

Don't threaten me with a good time my man!

GIMENEZ: Ah -- even when we pass projects, the administration still has to look

This is so embarrassing. I can almost guarantee the PLA is laughing hysterically at this and will use it to boost their morale.
Find us a cringier speech in American history than this Hegseth speech.

We’ll save you the time - you can’t. It would be impossible.

This is it. This is the one. 🏆

1. More Americans work at the Cheesecake Factory than in the entire coal industry, and that won't change. It's because of automation, not snooty libs.

2. Coal energy is now more expensive than wind and solar.

3. So this means: higher energy prices, more pollution, no jobs benefit. Genius!
Energy Secretary Chris Wright on Fox: "We're announcing today expanded programs to help the American coal industry. We're helping it because for years it has been under assault. It was out of fashion with the chardonnay set in San Francisco, Boulder, and NYC ... coal just makes the world go round."

A landlord turned off Tenant Client's family's heat upon learning Client was an immigrant.

Landlord hired three different law firms to argue this was legal, then fired each one after they couldn't get our case dismissed.

This week, landlord settled for enough that Client will buy a house.
Tell me something that brought you joy this week.

Any old thing will do. Small joys are as good as big ones—sometimes even better.
