Mixed emotion day: Happy about twice a year PrEP and disappointed/angry at SCOTUS decision in Skrmetti. The continued trend of politicizing healthcare and certain treatments/procedures/therapies will be a new impacting factor of zip code’s influence on overall health.

I’m struggling with how many people in their 30s and younger have zero understanding of what HIV did to the world.
And that it’s not gone.
And that the only things containing it *in any way* are publicly-funded programs that have now been defunded and stripped of experts.
