My mom (who owned my house until I bought it eleven days ago) sent me a text about a missed package followed by a reminder that the post office closes at noon tomorrow and I'd be upset about the lack of faith except I frequently don't get up until noon on Saturday

Logically I know that eating chocolate makes my throat and mouth itch but I am a simple woman. If I see free goodies in the break room I will accept that I will be distinctly uncomfortable for the next 30-45 minutes.

Two of my sisters sent a reel about toddlers bringing sickness in their wake which is only funny because both of their toddlers have given me stomach bugs that brought me closer to do death than I've never come before

My two year old nephew learned how to turn the lights off with the switches and through smart devices and uses this knowledge only for mischief

Since mobility aids are the theme of the day:
You don't need any excuse to use one. Cane, crutches (heavily recommend forearm), wheelchair, etc. There is no minimum amount of discomfort or disability required.
By the time you think you need a mobility aid, you often have needed it for a while.

Logically, I know that the plows aren't capable of coming up to garages and clearing them, but from a practical standpoint they left sixteen inches of compacted snow and ice blocking my door. They're lucky I came out to check the mail because if I found that when I left for work tomorrow... 😤😤😤
