One of the finest sentences I’ve read in any opinion, from Judge Wilkinson here, guy was inspired: “The Executive may succeed for a time in weakening the courts, but over time history will script the tragic gap between what was and all that might have been, and law in time will sign its epitaph.”👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Excellent tip for all of us during these dark days.. "Focus on 'the shark closest to the boat.'" Then, go in for the kill. (I mean that in the nicest possible way, of course.)
One of the best pieces of advice I received when I started a law firm in 2021 was to focus on “the shark closest to the boat.” When you feel overwhelmed, step back and focus on the threats that pose the most immediate risk. www.democracydocket.com/opinion/the-...
