DeLauro: The president went to the supreme court to deprive kids of food. Unbelievable. And now wants to deny their parents healthcare.

instead of saying this was good strategy, maybe senate dems should say: "the republicans were going to kill people by starving them to death, and because we aren't monsters, we decided to let this fight go. We'll keep fighting. Stop electing monsters."

I hate James Austin Johnson's Trump. I hate James Austin Johnson's Trump so much. I've always hated it, but this season especially, they've decided that he's the solution to any sketch, shoving him into sketches where he has no business being (like the Sabrina Carpenter teen-boy podcast sketch).

I’m sorry, Schumer not voting for the bill does not exonerate him. He’s the leader—the group of 8 would not have moved w/out his blessing.
And if they did, then he is no longer the leader and should be replaced by who ever is.

I worry about a lot of things but how Adam Carolla funds his retirement is not one of them.

Nobody wants this. Saying we can be healthcare entrepreneurs is like online ad sellers talking about sending us better ads. No one wants it in the first place.
Trump: "I want the money to go into an account for people where they buy their own health insurance. It's so good. The insurance will be better. It'll cost less. Everybody is gonna be happy. They're gonna feel like entrepreneurs. They're actually able to go out & negotiate their own insurance"

Is he actually dying? Is that why everyone is getting more effusive in their proclamations of love?!?
Note: we never see family members this effusive toward him.

I know this is an obvious and old point, but it still shocks me how quickly the culture of the GOP has come to defined by the absurd personality type of the "toad-licking, ass kissing alpha." Amazing that they've built an audience that finds such deportment appealing, rather than disqualifying.

Nor would we want him to. Need a better burn, Pete.
The President wouldn't last five minutes as an air traffic controller, and after everything they've been through - and the way this administration has treated them from Day One - he has no business shitting on them now.

None of your Mamdani signs are funny or interesting because it’s just a color and a font. It can’t provide any tension between what it represents vs your own slogan because it’s just a color and a font.

In four years all the things that critics think Mamdani will do—sharia, price controls, daily call to prayer, wealth redistribution etc etc—will not have come about and THAT will be used against him as “what has he done?” or “He was supposed to be transformative—what happened?”

How is Karp afraid of anyone? I sssume Palantir can do to anyone what was done to Sandra Bullock in “The Net”—just disappear them completely from any and all databases.
Karp sure has a lot of opinions on pro-Palestinian protesters and analysts who think Palantir’s stock is overvalued. But ask him about neo-Nazis like Nick Fuentes and suddenly he gets tongue-tied.
Whatever you do, don’t ask Palantir’s Alex Karp: “How worried are you about the Nick Fuentes wing of MAGA?”

This can be used as a directive, or posted as a warning when some shitheel dies.
I feel like we have the opportunity to turn David Lynch's quote into this moment's "Keep Calm and Carry On" and it's a far better rallying cry too.

That agenda being keeping people from feeding themselves.
Do these people stop to think about what they are saying, or is everything just reflexively anti-whomever they see as opponents?
