Real bad shit ahead for our trans friends.

Wanna be an ally? Help them stockpile HRT meds including DIY-HRT. Support their decisions, especially those that keep them lowkey safe, medicated, supported on the front lines, or chillin at the rear away from the crazies.
Politico is reporting Trump will name Dr. Ladapo of Florida to a senior spot, likely Surgeon General or Assistant HHS.

This would be a horrifying pick for trans people. He's responsible for Florida's adult trans ban, and works with SEGM/Anti-trans global movement.

He's also an ardent anti-vaxxer.
Dems, smugly: "well the Democratic Party is a big tent with a lot of views"

Translation: "ACTUALLY, it's better you go without healthcare than for us to do the basics and enforce a party platform."
November 11, 2025 at 10:00 PM
Dems can't even organize themselves sufficiently to say Republicans are "defunding healthcare".

ABOLISH DEMOCRATS
November 10, 2025 at 4:25 PM
That those 8 Dems who voted Yes aren’t vulnerable to being primaried is classic Democrat Revolving Villian.

They provide cover for the rest of the party to, like Kathy Hochul, fall in and claim they were pro-shutdown the whole time, preventing any mass retribution from the base.
November 10, 2025 at 3:15 PM
This country isn’t cooked because shit like this ACA capitulation happened, we’re cooked because there’s absolutely no immediate democratic recourse built into our system.

Our only option is to crash, burn, rebuild.
November 10, 2025 at 8:39 AM
The biggest problem is that these politicians don’t genuinely fear the people or any consequences at all.
November 10, 2025 at 5:06 AM
Revolving cast of Democrat villains strikes again. Of the 8 who voted to end the shutdown and affordable healthcare, none are facing reelection in the next cycle and 2 are retiring.

Remember, we’re told we NEED these closet republicans in the party. Don’t you love the big tent?!
November 10, 2025 at 5:02 AM
Surprised by Dems? In your 20’s and 30’s?

I’ve watched Dems do this exact shit since the early 90’s. They’d rather lose every election than move even an inch to the left and risk their donor bucks.
November 10, 2025 at 2:03 AM
We’ll see which Dems cave, and I’d love to see how much they each receive from the health insurance lobby.
November 10, 2025 at 1:53 AM
Seems like Dems are using all the momentum from winning this week to extract…a republican ~promise~ to hold a vote on ACA subsidies.

WOW. Great job guys.

A promise to think about it.

Don’t ever take for granted the ability to poop regularly.

Constipated is a miserable way to live.

Literally could be a boom time for the US but we refuse to adopt a government level economy planning an investments bc omg communism.
The US is the world's largest oil and gas producer. Yet, "China is now making more money from exporting green technology than America makes from exporting fossil fuels."
China’s clean-energy revolution will reshape markets and politics

Kinda wish Putin were as big a troll as Trump and congratulated Zohran on bringing communism to the USA.

The crash outs would be epic.
November 5, 2025 at 6:05 PM
Will be stealing a stack of these New York Post Zohran announcement issues tomorrow morning. Framed and on a wall in the apartment by the afternoon.
November 5, 2025 at 5:39 AM
A centrist Dem would say something about bygones, but Zohran didn’t choose the coward’s route bc no one should tolerate Cuomo’s many racist attacks.

Fuck that man forever.

Do not forgive. Do not forget.
Mamdani: "I wish Andrew Cuomo only the best in private life but let tonight be the final time I utter his name."
November 5, 2025 at 5:23 AM
Zohran results by borough highlight that without that bum ass home of cops and crystal meth, Staten Island, he absolutely SMOKED Cuomo.

Bronx: +11%
Brooklyn: +19%
Manhattan: +9%
Queens: +5%
Staten Island: -33% (50k votes)

@zeteo.com and @joyannreid.bsky.social gotta step up their tech in the age of streaming bc Hasans got stable 4K and yall got 480p filmed on a potato.

That said Hasan needs mics that aren’t $100 and clip when he gets shouty. Gotta get that 32bit float!!

Dick Cheney died!!?

Has anyone confirmed that the guy he shot in the face while hunting wasn’t involved?
November 4, 2025 at 3:46 PM
One big reason we won't get "real" AI that goes beyond probabilistic LLMs anytime soon, is bc big tech can easily sell their copious user data to every startup large/small training yet another LLM.

Other approaches to AI will be largely starved of funds as capitalism demands immediate growth.

How are we dividing up all 1,000,000 vacant apartments and houses when everyone moves out of New York because Zohran passed mandatory trans sharia in the five boroughs?

Which ranks you higher in the lottery? Being more trans or more islamic????
November 4, 2025 at 7:50 AM
Zohran's campaign really shows how the left can hold two simultaneous thoughts: that class-based policies create a compelling platform, and that you can sideline identity politics without throwing marginalized groups directly under the free bus.

This is actually REALLY bad considering Teen Vogue, clearly through the work of dedicated journalists likely in opposition to management, positioned itself as a legit, clear-eyed, political powerhouse capable of honest reporting.

Genuinely, we lost a real one today. Goddamn.
I was laid off from Teen Vogue today along with multiple other staffers, and today is my last day.

certainly more to come from me when the dust has settled more, but to my knowledge, after today, there will be no politics staffers at Teen Vogue.
