I recall VFF protesting outside Clarke's parents' home while Jacinda was on holiday.

This excellent thread yesterday from @kirstyjohnston.bsky.social really got me thinking. I don't feel we need to hear anything more about the Phillips kids in the media. Let that poor broken family reconnect and (hopefully) heal. They didn't ask for any of this and they deserve their privacy.
Until now I have resolutely stayed out of the Phillips' case because at one point several years ago I wrote so much about Family Court that it began to impact my mental health and possibly my fertility BUT today I wrote a backgrounder and I really want to point something out /1
