What a way to end the 2025 regular season. Being here with all of you on THE Sports App makes it even better.

Is this not a penalty for the leap over the Center?
Elation. And heartbreak.

The Steelers are in the playoffs. The Raven are out.

Week 8-18, 0.5 PPR PPG

Loveland 11.3 TE6
Warren 6.6 TE22
Loveland continues to outperform Warren, and yet...

I can't think of an easier pivot/upgrade for immediate action.

Is… JK Dobbins being traded?
Payton: JK Dobbins (foot) could return for AFC Championship Game.

Very annoying that I’m always so bad at remembering to post the @gtwgtc.bsky.social stuff here (BlueSky is the only social I’m meant to do..), but Ham was one of my bets of the day!

12/1!

If I’m the Panthers I’m challenging that Rico was down before he released the ball.

A flea flicker… who decided that was a good idea?

Horrendous idea, worse execution.

Would we see the Buccs go for two if they scored a TD on the first possession?
I assume everyone is rooting for the same thing in the first game.

(To see overtime, where the Bucs are playing for a win and the Panthers know they can play for a tie.)

If you nail the target leaders and upper target outliers you’ll nail floor, ceiling, and any other term you want to choose.

My somewhat flippant WR analysis:

You watch Liverpool struggle to break down a deep opponent like that and you realise how much they miss Darwin.

If you’d have told me in August that AD Mitchell would have as many 90+ yard games this season as Justin Jefferson, I would’ve presumed he was the league winner in fantasy football.

Alas.
The most inefficient wide receivers of 2025 as measured by EPA per target.

Jeudy (stinks, never good, etc): -0.3 EPA/targets
AD Mitchell (I still have hope): -0.2
Justin Jefferson (shoutout McCarthy): -0.14
Calvin Austin: -0.14
Malik Washington: -0.13
Tyler Lockett: -0.08
Xavier Legette: -0.07

The Faith Remained Quite Bad In 2025
I take no pleasure in saying the American right's bad faith was front and center in the public consciousness in 2025.

Determined to do more actual fantasy content in the new year, got away from me in 2025 but let’s take a small victory lap on being perplexed by Golden and MHJ.

Was very high on Tucker Kraft as well but felt that was most anyone paying attention so can’t brag that.
Two redraft WR things that puzzle me also:

Is Matthew Golden really going ahead of Jayden Reed and Emeka Egbuka? 🤨

Marvin Harrison is WR14, 27 overall. What has changed from last year? Tet 15 picks later, Odunze 32 later. Are they so different?

Those are underdog ADPs but seems about consensus.

Thankfully Scott “Scotty” Parker is a huge bum of a manager without any philosophy, so the media don’t demand his head.

Imagine if Vincent Kompany was losing this much without getting the press piling on.
