So many reasons to be skeptical of Homan—what happened to that $50,000 cash bribe, Tom??—but the fact that he uses "theater" here shouldn't get a pass.
They are treating this like a military wartime deployment, in US cities, with US citizens and immigrants as the enemy.

If only the US Supreme Court would intervene and let Trump know that he can't just make up emergencies to support broad-ranging tariffs.
Trump says he'll impose a 10% tariff (rising to 25% in June) on Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, the UK, the Netherlands and Finland, because they've sent people to Greenland, until the US can buy Greenland.
