Art class should never stop being a thing. Like if right after lunch we all got to go down to the basement for an hour, throw on a smock, and make collages out of old magazines while somebody's eccentric, slightly witchy aunt tells us how great we're doing, I feel like we'd all be in a better place.

I'm loving the space that Bluesky has provided. Just 10 days into it. 1 thing that strikes me is that we're at the tentative 'liking' stage: we need to move to the interacting stage. If we're going to build again, like early Twitter, we need to *chat*. Nothing heavy. Rebuild *conversation*.

I will be voting the same way I dress: hard left.

If you voted for a left-leaning candidate today, I'd encourage you to go a step further. Email your preferred candidate and tell them you don't want your vote used to prop up FF/FG. Assure them that you'll continue supporting them in 5 years if they respect this red line. #ge2024
