Glad I had the chance to present my work on the hindbrain choroid plexus to the community at the European Brain Barrier Meeting 2025. 👏 Huge thanks to the organizers, @brittae.bsky.social and everyone else for such a nice meeting 🤗 #EBBM2025
Grind stays real – Víťa and @petrakompanikova.bsky.social went straight from the V4SDB Meeting 2025 to the European Brain Barrier Meeting in Bern, where Petra presented her work on the hindbrain choroid plexus. 🐁 Big thanks to the organizers and community for the warm first-time welcome! 😇 #EBBM2025

You know a paper is good when you get on your university VPN on a Saturday morning to download the paper/supp AND send it to a few group members saying 'look at this, this is relevant to...' 😆
🤩 paper in on extrasinusoidal macrophages in 🐭 dura from Marco Prinz's group led by Lukas Amann @uni-freiburg.de - this is a VERY comprehensive paper, lots to ❤️ but their role in phagocytosing dying neurophils at both the onset & peak of EAE neuroinflammation is quite interesting 🧪 #ImmunoSky 🧠
