Absolutely surreal to continue to hear about drawdowns and lowered temperatures and things calming down in Minneapolis when, as far as I can tell, literally nothing has changed on the ground

There's a lot of truth to this, but I don't think we can ignore the fact that it didn't happen with the 35th detention death, with the murder of a detainee by guards in Texas, or the murder of the lesbian mom. Race and gender matter so much more than we ever want to admit.
It’s interesting to me that all these ghouls wanted all this to happen right up to the moment it started actually happening - this is the fatal flaw in their entire project, it was supposed to be charged rhetoric forever
