It was quite a bit darker when I got this one and I was hoping my 600mm would pick up what I was seeing. Thankfully it did!

The Spanish public television has published the first audiovisual map showing the 6,000 mass graves from the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939) and the subsequent Francoist dictatorship (1939-1975). A testimony of what happens when fascism wins -something unknown in most of Europe.

the best gay book for spooky season is The Secret Casebook of Simon Feximal by KJ Charles, which opens with the sexiest ghost story imaginable, and improbably turns into a gorgeous multidecade love story (with lots of ghosts and monsters)

The renewal of the most annoying discourse has made me crave waffles. So I started making waffles without checking if I had all the ingredients.
So TIL that waffles with olive oil, peanut butter and coconut butter instead of butter still taste great! Waffles rule.

My crochet 🧶 honeycomb pillow for my sister is finally finished! I went super overboard (vs what she expected from me) and also sewed a custom hexagon base pillow (with a zipper so it can be washed!), then hand sewed the crochet onto it. Felt good to finish this #wip off properly

I can't help but wonder how many people who hate the idea of using "raw dog" to refer to going without a safety measure are fine with referring to "mainlining" something.
