New York gets Zohran and we get Zara. Of course we do.
Zarah Sultana apparently wants to nationalise the entire economy including the Internet.

It is importantly to remember that those of us to the left of the Labour Party absolutely must always fight to the death with people who agree with us on 95% of all issues. Why fight Reform and the Tories when you can throw shit at people who have almost identical views.

My immediate reaction to this is Milos Kerkez has had a rough start but I broadly agree with the post. Then I clocked the subheading.
This is mad.
Obviously it was a massive error.
But Richard Hughes resigning would be a huge over-response.

Where are the other mainstream (BBC?) voice pointing out the basic sums that immigration = increased exchequer revenues? Throws a spotlight on how fucked news print media is and increasingly, the state broadcaster deliberately or by accidental omission just never raises it.
- A 100,000 drop in net migration costs us £7bn
- Scrapping the two-child benefit cap costs us £3bn

What gets more attention?

James O’Brien says 'we have become a ludicrous country'.

Difficult to see how Slot survives this. Some of what’s going on is not on him but enough is that I think we’re going to see moves soon.

Arne Slot is a league-winning Liverpool manager, one of only two in the last 35 years, and deserves every respect. However, I'm not sure he can or should survive this. Nine defeats in 12 and seven goals conceded in the last two at Anfield. This squad is so much better than that.
November 26, 2025 at 9:55 PM
Christ did Joe Gomez play bongos on Slot's head in preseason?
Liverpool: Mamardashvili; Jones, Konate, Van Dijk, Kerkez; Gravenberch, Mac Allister; Salah, Szoboszlai, Gakpo; Ekitike.

Subs: Woodman, Miscuir, Gomez, Endo, Isak, Gomez, Chiesa, Robertson, Nyoni, Ngumoha.

No Alisson, he's unwell.

Damning line from the OBR this: "We have assessed that none of the policy measures in this Budget have a sufficiently material impact to justify adjusting our post-measures potential output forecast."

Ie it's a budget which does nothing new for growth.

Is it acceptable to wear pyjamas on a flight?

61% of Brits say no, echoing US transport secretary Sean Duffy who criticised PJ-clad passengers yesterday

However, generations differ: 71% of 18-24yr olds say it is acceptable, compared to 11% of over-65s
