My immediate reaction to this is Milos Kerkez has had a rough start but I broadly agree with the post. Then I clocked the subheading.
Where are the other mainstream (BBC?) voice pointing out the basic sums that immigration = increased exchequer revenues? Throws a spotlight on how fucked news print media is and increasingly, the state broadcaster deliberately or by accidental omission just never raises it.
- A 100,000 drop in net migration costs us £7bn
- Scrapping the two-child benefit cap costs us £3bn
