There’s so much going on inside the MDC & it must be so scary for our immigrant neighbors wrongly detained in there — we hear that their family members have had no contact with them. Join us every Tues at 6pm to let them know that we see them even when our govt has made them disappear 🕯️

Steps of the New York Public Library

On the anniversary of the Jan 6th Insurrection, Rise and Resist publicly announced the list of crimes and constitutional violations perpetrated against the American people by this lawless President and his regime.

As Trump becomes more unpopular, his regime is getting more desperate to silence dissent. Pete Hegseth’s latest attempt to intimidate Senator Kelly for exercising his right to free speech is straight out of the authoritarian playbook.
Four generations of my family have served our country. Service is in my blood. The President wouldn’t know anything about that.

The Epstein Files Transparency Act is a law, passed by Congress on November 19 with an overwhelming vote. Complying with it was not optional. The Department of Justice did not comply.

I want to make sure this is very clear.

This is *extremely* weak leadership from Jeffries and Schumer. When the wannabe king ignores congress to initiate regime change abroad, they are requesting a fucking briefing sometime soon.

Tonight, the President of the United States has launched an unconstitutional war of aggression, dooming another generation to spill their blood for oil, and lay waste to a sovereign nation.

I demand that Congress exercise its power, halt this conflict, and impeach this war criminal president.

That one person can drag us into a war without consulting or even notifying Congress, or our allies, or fully explaining to the American people why this is necessary, is absolutely bonkers.

Reminder that Congress has the power to stop all of this. Where the hell are they?

Donald Trump has multiple indictments in the United States for crimes against the US government. And also pardoned top drug dealers.
Vance pushes back and says this was not illegal, arguing "Maduro has multiple indictments in the United States for narcoterrorism. You don't get to avoid justice for drug trafficking in the United States because you live in a palace in Caracas."

This war/invasion/kidnapping is a lot of terrible and illegal things, but don't forget that one of them is a distraction from the still-largely unreleased Epstein files and what they may tell us about Trump's history of sex crimes.
News: Gang of Eight in Congress were only notified about Trump's Venezuela operation after it began, source familiar tells me. That means the heads of the Intelligence Committees in Senate and House were *not* consulted. Just crazy.

No matter what you think of Maduro, that’s absolutely insane behavior—and a precedent that should alarm anyone who cares about international law.
