For an administration so “focused” on rooting out fraud, Trump and his goons are awfully quiet about the massive fraud in Mississippi–or does it not count if it happens in a "red state"?

His parents are legal asylum seekers with no criminal record.

This witness to Alex Pretti's murder not only refutes the governmen't story, but says she is afraid to go home because federal agents might arrest her. This is what it feels like to live under state terror.

Too obvious a point even to make, perhaps. But there was no “unrest” in Minneapolis before ICE and CBP showed up. ICE and CBP are the cause of the chaos…and the killings.

Get them out of there.

Alex Pretti: if officers can kill white, male, legally gun carrying American citizens with impunity then this creates a dilemma for the right wing: either you oppose the killing or you justify the killing of anyone against Trump. The latter makes even NRA uneasy.

Beyond helping establish DHS itself in 2003, Mr. Mitnick was a senate-confirmed Trump choice for General Counsel for DHS in his first term. I've talked with him a few times, and he's not a man for hyperbole. So bear that in mind when you see him calling out DHS's "lawlessness, fascism, and cruelty."

DHS, and the complete administration, are not distinguishing between lies and truth. This seems to be sufficiently established by now. Hence, no serious journalist should cite them, at least not as long as other sources can verify their statements. www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026...

This looks like an execution. There must be an investigation. There must be accountability.

Joining ICE does not give you license to murder.

The President is escalating the situation—and I have no faith he will stop. The Republican Congress must join us to end this. Enough.

Authoritarianism doesn’t announce itself. It arrives wrapped in “security,” “order,” and “law enforcement.” Minneapolis is being used as a proving ground. If we don’t stop this now, we may not get another chance.

In October, ICE grabbed Maher Tarabishi.

He was a 24/7 caregiver for his disabled son Wael.

At the time of Maher’s detention, disability advocates warned that taking away Wael’s caregiver put his life at risk.

Wael died on Friday at age 30.

ICE caused his death.

They didn’t get to say goodbye.

It had been months since Wael Tarabishi seen his father. The family is calling on ICE to release Maher Tarabishi so he may attend his son's funeral.
