35 years ago, I was playing Lucasfilm Games' magnificent point-and-clicker, The Secret of Monkey Island. Fantastic characters, scintillating dialogue, extremely fun story, fantastic bitmap graphics, and really fun puzzles. Just out-and-out fabulous. An absolute genre classic.

I just realised that Planes, Trains and Automobiles is a revenge thriller.
Del drives Neil crazy in that film: sabotaging his trip; defrauding him etc
So when Neil gathers enough evidence to expose Del as a widowed liar, Neil then makes Del come to his house and watch as he hugs all his family.
