“The originalist tradition of the Signature Policy Doctrine,” by Randy Barnett. Dropping tomorrow in the Hillsdale College-Oath Keepers Journal of Law and Nutritional Supplements.
Bessent on tariffs: "This is one of President Trump's signature policies, and traditionally the Supreme Court does not interfere with a president's signature policy."

Pizzagate: If you replace the word “hot dog” with “little boy” and “pizza party” with “child sex orgy,” you will see the lengths these elites go to cover up their crimes.

Real elite emails: Send me nude pictures of those 8th graders we abused last weekend post-haste! I am the Ambassador to Turkey.

Unlike you, I can read and that’s why I know what the constitution says.
Trump on Ilhan Omar: "I look at somebody who comes from Somalia...and she comes in and tells us how to run our country. 'The Constitution says this, the Constitution says that.' The whole thing is crazy."

The issue is that negotiation requires *coordinated action*, and Democrats have no theory of coordinated action.

The Republican theory is – "You do whatever dear-leader says". The Democratic theory used to be "We coordinate based on consensus news broadcast", but that's gone now.

Arizona teachers' costumes weren't about Charlie Kirk. They're facing death threats anyway

This is a fun chart!

The green is the main bsky load balancer traffic throughput from Saturday night, and the purple is how much traffic there was 7 days before (the previous Saturday)

The spike is due to the world series - pretty incredible! ⚾

arXiv will no longer accept review articles and position papers unless they have been accepted at a journal or a conference and complete successful peer review.

This is due to being overwhelmed by a hundreds of AI generated papers a month.

Yet another open submission process killed by LLMs.

A journalist has to figure out that the easiest way to trip up any GOP politician or talking head is to take a real thing a Republican did, and ask it about a Democrat.

"Some are saying it's acceptable for a Democrat to use taxpayer dollars to charter a private plane to go on a date. Do you agree?"
